Following the South American charm and Brazilian rhythms, and of course the influence of fine meat and serving style, next to the Nova Hotel and the Eilat Police station, is a branch of the family of restaurants that are owned by Avi Carel.
Casa do Brazil restaurant, opened its doors in 2002 - and it breathes a true Brazilian style - from the extensive use of wood in the design to art that beautifies the restaurant's walls. Casa do Brazil currently has two additional branches in Israel, Rishon Lezion and Beersheba, while the Eilat Branch is a flagship branch and the star among them.
The Casa do Brazil restaurant's specialty is slow cooking of a wide variety of types of meat. The serving style is with huge skewers passing between diners and contain a variety of different meats with different roasting degrees.
Besides the skewers meat dishes there are also dishes that can be ordered from the menu, vegetarian dishes, fish, pasta, vegetables, and special dishes for children.
The music in the restaurant is mostly Latin, the drinks are Brazilian, all under the direction of Umberto, the smiling professional grill-man of Casa do Brazil.
The Branch holds about 240 seats: in the main hall there are about 100 places, and there is also an outside party hall, bar and seating on the open balcony.
On Fridays, the Casa do Brazil Restaurant in Eilat hosts a team of Brazilian dancers, and every few weeks there is a group of children dancing the capoeira in the place.
Casa do Brazil Eilat is a song for the magic seasoning and love to the Brazilian meat.
